I am a gun owner but I understand the right isnt unlimited and if a single law could stop acts of violence like this If my mouth doesn’t say it my face definitely will Cat shirtI wouldnt mind going through additional hoops to express my right to own a firearm, but thats the crux of the situation. What if anything would have stopped this individual from this horrific situation other than the nuclear option of repealing the 2nd amendment and going door to door to confiscate firearms? I am legitimately curious, because I dont beleive a single firearms owner wants this shit to happen anymore demonizing us. Things don’t happen out of a void and have multiple collective reasons for occurring.
